training programme before a contract of employment is offered.
Once onboard we have a structured training and development programme
to ensure each applicable aspect of cable manufacture required by
the individual can be competently and consistently achieved, this
process has been continually refined since its introduction in 1994
a skills matrix is maintained and displayed which forms the baseline
for individual personal development and performance reviews.
Cablescan is accredited to IPC620; this standard benchmarks our
internal training programme and aligns our procedures to a recognised
international standard.
